The editor
Move it, don’t fill it in
Your page is built by dragging the thing you want to move. Not by scrolling a column of numbered settings and pressing save to find out what happened.
Both of the sites we are competing with are a settings form and a view page link. Neither has a live preview at all. That is the whole gap, and it is a strange one to have been left open.

What it does
Everything on one page, none of it locked away
While we are invite only there is no paid tier and no upgrade prompt. Getting in is the hard part. Once you are here, you have all of it.
Edit it, do not fill in a form
Drag blocks around on the page itself and watch it change. Backgrounds, video, effects, fonts and colour, all on a live preview rather than forty numbered settings.
One page, or a small site
Start as a link card. Grow into a portfolio with projects and a contact form, or a few pages with their own navigation, without moving anywhere else.
The link is the product
Set the title, the text, the spine colour and the preview image so the paste looks deliberate. Preview it here before anyone sees it.
Sound that belongs there
Your own tracks with a real player, a live Spotify status, or an artist page for people who came to listen.
Numbers that answer something
Which server sent those people, what they clicked, what time they came. Not just a counter going up.
The position
A number you can actually believe
In this corner of the internet a view counter is the scoreboard, and the scoreboard is mostly fiction. There are shops that sell views by the thousand. Everybody knows, and everybody keeps quoting the number anyway.
We count a visitor once a day, we count them on the server where nobody can reach the code, and we publish what we rejected next to what we kept. If your page had a quiet week, it will say so.
Nobody sees who visited
Not us in a dashboard, and not you. Addresses are hashed with a key before they are stored and are never shown to anyone.
Rejected views stay visible
Automated traffic is filtered out and then shown to you, rather than quietly folded into a bigger number.

Press your capture key and the link is on your clipboard before the window closes, on a name of your own: you.velt.lol. ShareX gets a ready-made config, and anything else can use the API.
On Windows, the velt app does it on its own: it watches the folder your capture tool saves to and uploads whatever lands there. It also puts your page on your Discord profile, with your address, your views and a button to it.

Questions people ask
- Is velt free?
- Yes. Your page, every effect, video and audio backgrounds, the music player, your stats and the file host are free. A few capacity extras, like putting the page on a domain you own, are not part of a free account today.
- What does velt have that other bio sites charge for?
- Video and audio backgrounds, the audio visualiser, animated text and background effects, custom fonts and cursors, and full stats. Other bio sites keep those behind a paid plan. Here they come with every account.
- Can I show my Discord status on my page?
- Yes. Connect Discord and choose what appears: whether you are online, the game you are playing, and what you are listening to on Spotify. Each one has its own switch, and all of them start off.
- How are views counted?
- A view counts only when a browser confirms it drew your page. Chat previews, bots, prefetches and visitors whose browser asks not to be tracked are not counted, and one network counts as at most five visitors to a page a day. How counting works.
- Can I host screenshots on velt?
- Yes. Your account comes with a file host for screenshots and clips, with links on your own name.velt.lol address. It works with ShareX and with velt’s Windows app. If the server is ever short of room, new accounts wait a little for it. Set up ShareX.
- Do I need an invite code?
- No. Anybody can make an account. An invite code still works, and it credits whoever gave it to you.
- Is my page tracked or sold?
- No. velt adds no ads, no trackers and no third-party fonts or scripts to your page, and the addresses of the people who visit it are never shown to you or anybody else.
